We have been told that we should post more before/after photos and we completely agree. The only reason we don't or haven't posted many is because we are so concerned with designing the best tattoos possible for our customers that photo documenting the process is often forgotten. I wish we had a well organized photo log of all the cover-ups and re-works that we have done because it would be expansive and it would also show people what is possible. People would realize they are not stuck with the old, or poorly done tattoo, or the design they just no longer like. 90% of the time we can cover up your tattoo, and if we can't cover it up in a well done manner we won't. Instead we will recommend laser removal to remove the tattoo or lighten it so that it can be covered. Keep in mind that cover-ups require extra time designing and there are many variables that determine how big the cover up needs to be, subject matter and if it can be done. Depending on the tattoo you are wanting to cover-up, a well done cover-up generally needs to be 3-4x bigger than your existing tattoo and you are often limited to certain subject matter for the cover-up.
Below is a tiny sample of few cover-ups we have done. If you would like to talk more in-depth about cover-ups and options, feel free to contact us. We are open 7 days a week. www.triumphtattoo.com
